KIDS PLAY AT LA NAVE
La Nave Salinas Foundation and its exhibition space is an opportunity to welcome the work of local and international contemporary artists and share it with the children of our community. In order to become a link between art and our youngest locals, we have designed Kids Play at La Nave, and every summer we organize successful workshops where children are encouraged to connect with artists and their work through reflection and artistic practice.

In connection with Mai Blanco's Jardín Adentro and during summer 2024, we conducted a series of art workshops where children explored nature and their creativity through fine art. ​​
YOGA & MINDFULNESS

During summer 2023, in conjunction with the exhibition _ness by Jonny Niesche, we hosted a series of three Mindfulness & Yoga workshops led by Vanessa García.

Children learned about the connection between body and mind thanks to Art through a series of asanas and mindfulness games.

For the V edition of Kids Play at La Nave Hosh, our favorite urban artist from Ibiza, return to La Nave to lead our workshops within the framework of our summer exhibition UNIVERSALIS by Kenny Scharf, the inventor of pop surrealism.

Over the course of 4 workshops, HOSH, our favorite street artist from Ibiza, share his skills with the children of the island, teaching various techniques on a multitude of media, from hats to walls, taking inspiration from the Keith Haring exhibition.

Lio Malca, Ponce+Robles, and Paris Hilton's Foam & Diamonds join together for the first time to host a series of artistic workshops for children. All proceeds of this event went to APNEEF (Association of People with Special Needs of Eivissa and Formentera).
These workshops are taught by local artists and guests: Raul Diaz Reyes, Javier Ens, Pedro Cano, Aggtelek, Willie Marquez, Maíllo, Antonio Gazquez, Boamistura and Romy Querol.​

The kids workshop sessions are established to encourage curiosity, creative thinking, and help inspire the children to explore and develop their own artistic skills in the dynamic exhibition environment of La Nave Salinas.

In 2015, Lio Malca is pleased to invite the children of Ibiza and Formentera to visit the KAWS exhibition at La Nave Salinas and attend free workshops given by chef Boris Buono, founder of the Food Studio, along with artists Antonio Gazquez, Willie Marquez and Romy Querol.
